We collect the following information, provided directly by clients and business contacts through our inquiry form, onboarding process, or ordinary correspondence:

- Service details — scheduling preferences, property details, travel arrangements, and vendor or household logistics shared with us in the course of an engagement
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide and coordinate our concierge and estate management services, to respond to inquiries, and to send service-related communications — including SMS text messages for appointment coordination, schedule confirmations, and service updates.
We do not use your information for third-party marketing, and we do not sell personal information.
SMS/Text Messaging Consent
Consent to receive text messages is obtained when a customer provides their phone number directly to Imparadise Club — through our inquiry form, onboarding, or direct correspondence — and agrees to receive service messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel text messages at any time. Reply HELP for help. You may also email us at madelynn@imparadiseclub.com to be removed from text messaging.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers as needed to deliver our services — for example, communications infrastructure providers — and only under confidentiality obligations.
Data Retention & Security
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain accurate business records, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including restricted access on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, but we treat client confidentiality as fundamental to our practice.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by writing to madelynn@imparadiseclub.com. You may also opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
